About Mattia

Ciao!
I’m Mattia, an Italian from the stunning island of Sardinia, now calling the vibrant city of Manchester home.

I hold a degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Sassari, where I specialized in Communication and Public Administration. My academic journey has fueled my passion for storytelling and connecting with people.

Since childhood, my curiosity about the world has been my compass, driving me to explore new places, meet diverse individuals, and learn new languages. A transformative experience came at 17 when I lived in Venezuela for 11 months through an intercultural exchange program. This adventure sparked a lifelong passion for travel and cultural exploration, and I continue to embrace every opportunity to expand my horizons.

As an Italian teacher, I am excited to share not only the language but also the richness of Italian culture. I firmly believe that every lesson is an opportunity to connect and discover together!

I look forward to starting this linguistic journey with you!

About the lesson

Full immersion in a language is essential for mastery. Engaging with music, literature, and film offers a dynamic way to connect. I invite students to share their insights and reflections, enriching their learning journey.

With strong communication and listening skills honed through my studies and professional experience, I understand the power of words in fostering meaningful dialogue and understanding. I am dedicated to refining my vocabulary to ensure clarity and prevent misunderstandings.

I am committed to tailoring lessons to meet each student’s unique needs, aligning with their goals to facilitate effective and engaging learning.

"I offer tailored Italian lessons for young children, customizing each language journey to align with their unique learning goals. Together, we create an inspiring and interactive environment that allows them to explore the beauty of the Italian language in an enjoyable and motivating way!"
