About Lorenzo
Ciao a tutti!
I am a certificated teacher of Italian as a foreign language and a university researcher at the Normale di Pisa.
I speak English and French fluently.
I have a DITALS qualification, which means that I am accredited to teach Italian as a second language.
Furthermore, I am very proud of my culture and I am interested in all forms of art, so in my lessons you will learn a lot about Italian culture and lifestyle.

During my lessons I use several textbooks (provided in PDF), which I combine with material created by myself.
I am a big fan of the communicative approach and I do believe the building a nice vocab is the key to the master the fluency, so that in my classes you will find a focus on words and vocab.
You are very welcome to book a course with me if you are a motivated learner. Learning, to be effective and efficient (and fast) must be planned and you are the right student for me if you are committed to achieve results and to dedicate some of your free time to study with me.

Lorenzo is an outstanding teacher, he is fun to study with and at the same time he knows his topic very well (he has a PhD). His extensive knowledge of Latin was definitely a plus and I really appreciated the Skype lessons, as I found them more convenient and easier to schedule. I would totally recommend Lorenzo to anyone who wants to improve his knowledge of Latin at all levels!
A very competent teacher in his field, he helped me enormously to learn Latin easily, his teaching method is efficient and simple, I highly recommend.
