About Otman
With more than 15 years of experience in sports, I teach as a personal trainer with sports nutrition to people who want to improve their health and elite athletes to improve their performance in the physical, mental and nutritional level. I think we are able to reach our dreams or desires to be in our best possible version. I also teach self-defense classes with an experience of more than 7 years as a practitioner in Mastro Defense System (System developed by Fred Mastro).

I ask about your medical and injury history, your eating habits (if you want a personalized nutrition plan), the sport you have practiced throughout your life and the availability you have to train. Then we agree to set clear objectives. Before starting, we do a valuation session to measure the percentages of body fat and muscle mass, skin folds and body perimeters. We compare the parameters with the approximate standards of age and gender to see where we are. We also observe how you are at the functional level, how your body moves and what decompensations we can have at the level of posture. Then we do a test of effort to measure your cardiovascular level and muscle strength. Finally, we will measure periodically and evaluate again, to see if there is a progress to adjust the training and feeding variables so that the results are the best possible in the long term.

For 20 sessiones the price is €500 (€25 / class) and for the summer I offer a 5% discount which makes €475 (€ 23.75 / class).
