About Crystal
My name is Crystal, and I am passionate about helping young learners discover the joy of learning English. I believe that every child has the potential to thrive when they are taught in a way that makes them feel supported and understood. I decided to start tutoring because I enjoy guiding children to build confidence, overcome challenges, and see their own progress. Seeing a student’s eyes light up when they finally “get” something is incredibly rewarding to me. I aim to create a safe, encouraging, and positive learning space where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them — because that’s how real growth happens.

My Approach to Tutoring
I believe learning English should be fun, engaging, and tailored to each child’s pace. My lessons focus on building confidence in reading, writing, listening, and speaking through interactive activities, simple explanations, and plenty of encouragement. I use visual aids, games, and real-life examples to make concepts easy to understand and remember.
Lesson Format
Each lesson typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes, with a balance of guided learning, practice exercises, and review. I adapt the structure depending on the student’s needs and attention span, ensuring the session is productive yet enjoyable.
My Background
While I am new to formal tutoring, I have strong communication skills, a patient personality, and experience guiding children in various learning settings. I am committed to preparing thoroughly for each lesson and creating a safe, positive space for learning.
Who I Teach
My lessons are designed for primary school students aged 7–12 who want to improve their English skills, whether for schoolwork, exams, or general confidence in using the language.
