About Tommaso

I am a Doctor of Physical and Sports Activity Sciences and later specialized in the field of sport and personal well-being. I have other titles of personal trainer, calisthenics and functional instructor. I also specialize in bodyweight training. They are always updating!

Besides all this I am primarily an athlete and I train daily.

About the lesson

My method is based on a scientific study of the person. Through a first interview I will be able to understand your needs and your goal and then create a specific and lasting program on your person. Each goal has a different path that provides for its achievement. I accept motivated people who want to improve themselves!

Non mi piace troppo la palestra e visto che sono chiuse i suoi allenamenti sono utili e divertenti. ci siamo allenanti al parco, principalmente a corpo libero ed utilizzando le fasce elastiche. Ho ottenuto diversi risultati, sono anche più forte e resistente.
