About Katie

Having lived in France for six years, I know the language and the culture really well. I like to keep my lessons informal and fun, focusing on practical, everyday use of French. Also, I'm great with kids and have younger family members that I have taught in the past, so I know how to connect effectively with younger people. I'm passionate about teaching languages to children and want to make a career out of teaching languages.

About the lesson

- I focus on making lessons fun and interesting, ensuring they are useful for everyday life. - Typical length of a lesson is 1 hour, but can be flexible. - I hold a French baccalaureate and have experience teaching French to children in an informal setting.

In the 3 years I’ve known Katie my confidence in speaking French has skyrocketed, due to her growing up in France, I learn lots of aspects in French culture that help me communicate casually with other French speakers as well as travelling becoming a lot easier!
