About Kim
I achieved a Grade 9 in Pearson Edexcel GCSE Psychology and have a strong understanding of both the course content and the exam techniques required for success. Having completed the qualification recently, I am familiar with the current specification, mark schemes, and the common challenges students face.
I take a professional, organized, and supportive approach to tutoring. Every lesson is carefully planned to meet the individual needs of each student, whether they require help with understanding key psychological concepts, revising content, or improving exam performance. My approach to tutoring is focused on helping students understand both the Psychology content and the exam skills needed to achieve top grades. Having recently achieved a Grade 9 in Pearson Edexcel GCSE Psychology, I know exactly what examiners are looking for and how students can maximise their marks.
In my lessons, I break down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand explanations and use exam-style questions to reinforce learning. I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, teaching students how to identify question types, structure high-mark answers, apply psychological studies correctly, and avoid common mistakes.
Lessons are typically 40 minutes long and are tailored to each student's needs, whether they need help understanding content, revising for exams, or improving their confidence. I have experience helping friends and classmates with GCSE Psychology, supporting them with revision strategies and exam preparation.
My lessons are designed for Pearson Edexcel GCSE Psychology students, typically aged 14–16, who want to improve their understanding of the subject and achieve the best grade possible.
