About Jonathan
Like many coaches, I am above all passionate about sport and human relations. When a person is determined to want to change and improve their physical condition, then that motivates me and gives me this desire to accompany them to the finish line in the best possible conditions.
I tried to pass on my little baggage when I was a karate coach at 17, I still passed on a little knowledge when I was in the gym at the age of 19 and I understood that being a coach was probably a good calling for me.
I believe a lot in the capacity of sport to transform people in different aspects of their personality and obviously their physique. When you are convinced, you transmit!

Beyond the diplomas required to exercise this profession, I especially have several years of experience in taking care of various profiles such as people with back pain, people in a state of obesity, people new to sport or a few people wishing to prepare for a sporting event. If the trainings that you could do with me are of great importance, the human relationship between us is essential and determining to the achievement of the objectives.
During my treatment, I attach great importance to the safety of my practitioners. Starting or resuming sport cannot be improvised and requires to be progressive.
Mobility is very present during training sessions, sedentary lifestyle in our daily life having frozen our bodies.
I work globally on the different physical qualities that our body needs to be as fit as possible: cardio, muscle strengthening, flexibility, balance, coordination, among others.
Classic session pattern: Warm-up, technical work / body session, small challenge very often, calm down with stretching / breathing.
The sessions are quite varied, the equipment used too.
