About Jasleen
I'm a passionate first-year Psychological and Behavioural Science student at LSE who genuinely loves helping others succeed. Having achieved A*AA in my A-levels, I understand the challenges students face and want to share effective study strategies that actually work. What drives me to teach is seeing that moment when concepts finally click for students - there's nothing quite like watching someone gain confidence and realise they're capable of more than they thought. Through my tutoring and volunteering experience, I've discovered that learning should be enjoyable, not stressful. Outside of academics, I love listening to music and binge-watching TV shows, which actually helps me connect with students and make lessons more relatable. I believe every student has unique potential, and my goal is to help unlock that while making the journey genuinely fun and rewarding.

My Teaching Approach I create a friendly, positive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring challenging topics. My lessons follow a simple but effective structure: we start by going over content in an interactive way - using discussions, mini-quizzes, and real-life examples to make concepts stick. Then we focus heavily on exam questions and technique, breaking down past papers step-by-step so you understand exactly what examiners want. Lesson Details Sessions are typically 60 minutes, giving us time for content review, exam practice, and progress check-ins. I prepare tailored resources for each lesson based on your exam board and goals - whether that's quick revision notes, flashcards, or targeted practice questions. My Background I'm a first-year Psychological and Behavioural Science student at LSE with A*AA in Psychology, Maths, and Economics. I have tutoring experience in Maths for GCSE and below, plus Psychology tutoring at GCSE and A-level. I also have volunteering experience creating engaging learning environments for students. Perfect For Students studying Maths (up to GCSE level) or Psychology (GCSE and A-level) who want to build confidence, master exam technique, and achieve their target grades. Whether you're struggling with specific topics or aiming for top results, I'll adapt my approach to what works best for you.
