About Hélène
I was born in France and tutored French to adults, teens and children both in France and the US. Our family goes back to France every summer and my (American) children (24, 17 and 11) have no problem speaking French with friends and family. I earned a BS and an MS in France, and am eager to teach my native language to students of all ages and all levels. Helping you reach your goals is my first priority!

I am passionate about my native language and culture. I am patient, creative, and flexible, and I adapt my teaching style to my students’ age, personality, level and goals, to make learning an enjoyable process! I self taught my 3 (American) children and they are now totally fluent in French. You can be too!

I am French and native from the same place as Helene. I met her in France in the 90s, when she was working on a PhD in meteorology. I am also a meteorologist, and we exchanged for a few years on the science of meteorological observations. I was immediately impressed by her capacities for learning, teaching, and communicating with everybody on a large variety of subjects. Sure that 25 years later she has not changed! Is this what is called "Superprof" in the American language?
