About Jean-Francois

Hello there! I'm Jean-François, a proud Mauritian from a tropical paradise lost in the Indian Ocean. While some call it paradise, I call it home. Throughout our history, Mauritius has been influenced by both English and French colonization, leaving a rich cultural heritage. I'm passionate about history, learning new things, and sharing my knowledge. As an island boy, I love meeting people from all walks of life. Let's connect and have a great chat!
