About Debapriya
I am a Clinical Psychology professional (RCI licensed and HCPC applied) with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology and experience as an Assistant Professor, teaching postgraduate students in clinical psychology. I have experience in psychological assessment, research, counselling and supervising students. I am passionate about making psychology easy to understand through clear explanations, practical examples and interactive learning. My teaching approach is friendly, patient and structured, and I adapt my lessons to each student's learning needs and pace. Whether you are studying psychology at school, undergraduate or postgraduate level, I aim to help you build confidence, strengthen your understanding and prepare effectively for exams and assignments.

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist and former Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience teaching postgraduate students. My teaching approach is interactive, structured, and tailored to each student's learning needs.
I explain complex psychological concepts in simple, clear language, using real-life clinical examples, case discussions, and practical applications to help students understand both theoretical concepts and their relevance to clinical practice. I also focus on developing critical thinking, clinical reasoning, psychological assessment skills, and understanding of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based interventions.
My lessons typically last 45-60 minutes, with flexibility depending on the student's requirements. I can help students prepare for examinations, understand challenging topics, improve academic writing, and develop confidence in clinical psychology.
I have experience teaching MSc and MPhil Clinical Psychology students, conducting clinical training, and supervising postgraduate research projects. I welcome undergraduate psychology students, postgraduate students, and learners preparing for psychology examinations or seeking a stronger foundation in clinical psychology.
My goal is to make learning engaging, supportive, and practical, helping every student build knowledge, confidence, and a genuine interest in psychology.
