About Ed
I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years and have a strong understanding of Dzogchen, Vipassana, self-inquiry and metta. My teachers have included Frank Yang, Dr KA Shakoor, and Todd Mertz from the Shinzen Young Unified Mindfulness group.
I’m an easygoing, patient teacher with several years teaching experience.

I can help you develop a style of meditation which will first teach you to concentrate, which slowly develops into experiencing blissful states of concentration. The final stage involves learning to rest with things as they are. This will make you smarter, happier and more prepared to navigate the stressors and unpleasantness life inevitably throws at us.
