About Abraham
Hello! My name is Abraham and I am offering tutoring in Law. As you are already here, you would've realised that there are a large number of tutors offering their support to you. I know because, only a few years ago, I was you... Naturally, after a conversation with my parents, I decided to look for a tutor. But how could I choose a tutor, when hardly any of their bios explained what made their teaching special?
Is this something you can relate to? If so, you might be looking at my bio and thinking "...what makes your teaching special?"
Well, over the last 10 years, I have honed a unique style of learning that has not only dramatically improved my grades... but allows me to do so with far less studying time than before. This personal methodology has allowed me to consistently achieve a first-class grade in both essays and problem-questions (with my highest being 100/100 in Consumer Protection).
What is this methodology? Alongside my personal style of writing (which can be learnt!) I teach a mixture of targeted examination/syllabus active recall exercises, alongside implementation a system of spaced repetition. This allows for my tutees to complete QUALITY work that: 1. strictly focuses on maximising exam results; and 2. is far more likely to be retained in the exam.

My approach is three-fold:
1. Determine exactly where you need the most help.
2. Curate a plan to achieve your goal by reference to timeline and feasibility (difficulty).
3. Implement plan with feedback every four sessions to determine whether the plan is working and/or needs adjustment.
For my style to be as effective as possible, I tend to ask for several bookings so that the personalised plan can be as effective as possible. However, I think it is important that all tutees get a chance to meet me first to see whether I would be a good fit for them. As such, I ask that all tutees only book one session at the start.

All my rates are the same, irrespective of where in the word you are based!
All I ask is that any cancellation/amendment to teaching time slot is made 48 hours in advance (so that other students aren't prejudiced). Any changes made to the time slot after this will incur a £5 charge.
