I am a language and meditation teacher as well as an energy and sound healer. I run self-empowerment workshops and teach meditation to individuals and groups.

I run a beginners course but also run themed meditations and past life regression meditations. I teach grounding techniques and open the meditation in a sacred space, I use breathwork for a deep relaxing experience and a good connection. I can deliver spiritual teachings and always give self-care tips and techniques. I am always open to questions, and can offer advice.
