About Li Xuan
The objective for students is to come back to a quiet, calm, inspired, creative, and productive space. A calm mind can learn and apply information more effectively, and do better in the performative aspects of tests and examinations. I myself have used mindfulness at many parts of my study journey, and this has enabled me to ace my studies all the way to the Dean's List and Lee Kwan Yew Gold Medals in University. I hope to share and enable others to do the same.

Each session provides a gentle and supportive space for intuitive healing and gentle embodiment, to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what matters most.
Blending somatic presence, intuitive energy work, and emotional support, each session is a space to feel held — especially in times of overwhelm, uncertainty, or change.
Each session is 50 to 60 minutes, and is suitable for students and parents.
