Experienced tutor in Yoga in Long Beach, Adele offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

I hired Adele for my daughter's 4th birthday party and she did 2 yoga classes for 22 four year olds. The kids had a blast and even the kids that were not into it at all came out singing Adele's songs AND her praises! Adele was a pleasure to work with, and a great asset to our party. I would recommend her and definitely would use her again!

Adele is friendly, insightful and great to work with! She is always ahead of the game and great with those who are coming into the "new age" of networking. She really knows how to highlight one's skills in a resume and condition you for wonderful opportunities that lie ahead!

Adele is an uncommon career coach who proffers pinpoint solutions to her clients’ issues. She gets to know the background of your problems before going ahead to extend a refined explanation on how to go about tackling the problem head-on. I would recommend Adele as a business coach to anyone who is willing to make an upgrade in their personal or professional life.

"I can't say enough about Adele and what she has to offer. I met Adele when I was unsure of my path, both personally and professionally. I truly feel like if it weren't for her guidance and continued support I would not have embarked on the journey that led me to my personal and professional best. I am now a certified yoga instructor and I owe so much to Adele for guiding me down this path."

Adele has been a tremendous asset to my business. She gave me the push I needed and inspiration I needed to open up my dream store. I am forever thankful and attribute my gratitude and my success to her inspiration and coaching"
