About Chad
The skills practiced in acting lessons are not only applicable to performers but are translatable into almost every area of a student's life.
Seeing my students succeed in life in anything from professional acting, public speaking, and teaching, to simply participating in community or church activities is my sole driving motivation. Their success is my success and a major source of my happiness.
I studied performance at Berea College. I have been a director for 26 years. I have been the host of numerous radio shows and acted on stage and in film. I have two film awards and several performance accolades. I am the Executive Director of the Spotlight Acting School, CEO of Spotlight Performing Arts, and Manager of The Spotlight Playhouse. My life revolves around performing. I never have a free weekend, but I love it. I have directed over 100 productions.
