About Catherine
I am a county-level runner with years of experience running distances ranging from 5k up to marathons. I have achieved sub-18 minute 5k, 37 minute 10k, 1h23 half marathon, and sub-3 hours over the marathon. I am passionate about running, and I am constantly learning and improving my knowledge on anything running-related - whether that’s running gear, nutrition, fitness plans or race advice. I gain a great deal of enjoyment from helping others achieve their running goals and realising they can achieve much more than they think they can

About the lesson

I offer sessions both virtually and in-person. First, I will assess your current fitness levels and running experience, and set up an initial weekly plan for you to follow. We can then schedule sessions as frequently as you wish (I would advise weekly or fortnightly) to check your progress and see if we need to make any changes to the plan. In addition to fitness, I will cover nutrition and recovery.
