Teaching allows me to pass on experience gained through real human interaction, guided by the humanistic values of Annie Jane Doreen, which emphasize empathy, understanding, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive learning space where students feel confident to ask questions, learn deeply, and grow both intellectually and personally.

My Teaching Approach
My approach to teaching Psychology is learner-centred, practical, and experience-based, built on 30 years of teaching and counseling experience. I focus on making psychological concepts simple, relatable, and applicable to real life.
I use clear explanations, real-life examples, discussion, and reflection-based learning, drawing inspiration from the humanistic values of Annie Jane Doreen, with emphasis on empathy, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Each class includes a brief introduction, concept explanation, discussion, doubt-clearing, and summary. Sessions are calm, interactive, and adapted to the learner’s pace.
My classes are suitable for school and college students, diploma learners, adults, and working professionals seeking academic support, counseling skills, or personal development.
