Experienced and highly qualified music teacher of piano, violin and theory. I also teach composition and give aural lessons. I teach in both classical and jazz styles.

About Lesley
I have had over thirty years performing and teaching experience of both children and adults- violin and piano in classical and jazz styles. I have taught one to one and groups of students successfully.
My teaching is aimed both for the aspiring amateur and professional musician. I believe magic really happens when making music with others. Music opens great doors of opportunity, heals emotionally and changes one's mood and thus the world. It is the most powerful force in the universe in my belief. A person is never too old to learn an instrument.
I have experience arranging music for Edujazz ensemble. This group performed extensively in Cape Town at prestigious events.
I am an accompanist and have worked with both children and adult choirs all my career.
I am a pipe organist too and can arrange for this instrument.
