The intense peer tutoring experience made me believe that everyone's ability to understand is different. Therefore, the method that I find most effective (but not limited to that) is to teach privately. Teaching with a smaller audience can facilitate the teaching process because I will be better able to know the subjective characteristics of the pupils. With this approach, it will be easier to influence pupils so that their enthusiasm for learning can automatically help them in the learning process. I can teach all high school subjects on the condition that the subject material is provided (To follow curricullum) so that further technical learning can be made and planned.
