About Proactrinium
Physics and mathematics have always been a passion of mine, ever since I was a child. I was fascinated by the idea of understanding the future, and especially the more mysterious concepts such as time travel, telekinesis, teleportation and parallel universes. It was this curiosity that led me to delve deeper into the subject, and my inspiration comes from great minds like Michio Kaku and the fictional genius Tony Stark from the Marvel comics.
I have previously had the opportunity to teach my friends and help them understand difficult physics and mathematics concepts. This experience solidified my belief in the power of education and the transformative effects it can have on people's lives.
As a tutor, I believe in implementing evidence-based techniques in my teaching, such as interleaving, first principles, the Feynman technique and active recall. These methods have been proven to be effective in helping students understand and retain information.
In addition to my passion for physics and mathematics, I am also an avid coder and sports enthusiast, particularly football and cricket. These interests help me to connect with students on a personal level and understand their unique needs and learning styles.
As a resident of the UK, I have completed my GCSEs and understand the difficulties and pressure that students face when preparing for their exams. With my knowledge, passion and experience, I am confident that I can help students excel in physics and mathematics and reach their full potential.

As a private tutor, my approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the learning process and a commitment to helping my pupils reach their full potential. I never assume that my pupils already know certain concepts or skills, and instead use first principles to teach them from the ground up. This approach, used by successful individuals like Elon Musk, ensures that pupils truly understand the material and can apply it in new and innovative ways.
In addition to this, I believe in the power of active learning, where pupils are not just passive recipients of information, but actively engaged in the learning process. I regularly ask questions and check for understanding to make sure pupils are on the right track and can apply what they have learned.
Furthermore, I also make use of interleaving, a research-backed technique that involves mixing up different topics to improve retention and understanding. By carefully selecting and sequencing topics, I can make sure that pupils are exposed to the most effective learning methods and make the most of their time with me.
Overall, my approach is tailored to the individual needs of my pupils and is designed to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
The typical length of a lesson is going to be an hour. However, it would depend on what the students want.
When it comes to my qualification, I am still a student. Having done high school and now doing college, I have went through all of it - from getting low grades, to achieving high ones, and of course the range of emotions.
My lessons are for high school levels and lower.
Looking forward to meeting you guys :)
