-First we are going to have a conference in which you will tell me what your goals are (muscle increase, improvement of physical abilities, weight gain or loss…ect). You will also tell me your available days and times and finally your Body measurements.
-With this information I will start planning your routine, controlled by me every week.
-Remember! I will give you the method, but you will be the one who puts the effort and discipline for your goals
