I am a rugby coach that teaches not only physical training for rugby, but also for other sports like Hockey, Tennis even Golf. I love being outside doing sporty things and i love to watch sports to give me a good idea on how i can train to maybe one day make it as a professional.

About the lesson

My lesseons you not only will see improvements in a good enough time, but you will enjoy the fitness and strength exercises i give. I don't push to hard but i will push you hard enough. I'm not about hurting my students, but about getting them to where they want to be.
