Beginners course designed with first 30 minutes free introduction lesson. Covered safety aspects and how to set-up your apparatus and training space. Course had 8 practical lessons. Each lesson one hour will guide your through the physical strength and condition to preparing you for foundational skills. From different warm-up to specific drills for each skills, cooldown and stretching. Sing for the course today and received bonus content.
