About Swetha
About Me
After spending over 15 years in the corporate world, I made a conscious decision to step away from my career and dedicate myself to the practice and teaching of yoga.
Yoga has had a profound impact on me—not only physically, but also spiritually and emotionally. What began as a personal practice gradually became a transformative journey, helping me develop greater awareness, inner balance, strength, and a deeper connection with myself.
This experience inspired me to share the gift of yoga with others. I believe yoga is much more than physical postures; it is a journey towards greater harmony between the body, mind, and spirit.
Today, I am passionate about helping people experience the positive changes that yoga can bring into their lives. My intention is to make yoga accessible, meaningful, and practical, so that each person can discover their own path towards better health, inner peace, and overall well-being.
Having experienced this transformation in my own life, I feel deeply grateful for the opportunity to share yoga with as many people as I can.

My Yoga Class
My yoga classes are designed to create a peaceful and supportive space where everyone can connect with their body, breath, and mind. I guide students through a balanced practice that combines gentle warm-ups, yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.
Each class is thoughtfully planned to improve flexibility, strength, balance, posture, and overall well-being. I encourage students to practice at their own pace, with a focus on mindful movement rather than perfection.
My goal is to help every student leave the class feeling relaxed, refreshed, energized, and more connected to themselves. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will be welcomed with patience, positivity, and encouragement.
Come to my yoga class to move with awareness, breathe deeply, release stress, and create a healthier and calmer lifestyle.
