Hi, I’m Dhruv Sharma, a certified yoga trainer with 400 hours of training from Pyramid Yogshala. My approach to yoga goes beyond just physical movement — I focus on helping you realign your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide you through each session with care, presence, and purpose. Each session follows a calming and structured flow to restore your mind and body. We begin with Step 1: Guided breathwork to center your focus and calm your nervous system. Then, in Step 2: Gentle warm-up movements, we prepare your body. Step 3: Therapeutic yoga flow follows—tailored stretches and poses to release tension and improve flexibility. Step 4: Restorative postures allow your body to deeply relax. Finally, Step 5: Guided meditation or mindfulness practice resets your energy. Whether you’re starting or ending your day, this class leaves you peaceful, realigned, and emotionally lighter.
This class is not just about physical well-being — it’s a holistic practice focused equally on mental clarity and emotional relief. Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and calming techniques, you’ll experience a sense of balance that helps release stress, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself.
