About Shivani
I was a typical corporate employee slogging at work with the 'life' part missing from 'work-life' balance. 2 years ago I had a breakdown and I quit my job. In an attempt to find sanity and heal myself, I began researching alternative therapies, natural ways to heal myself. That is when I learned about Mindfulness. As my interest in Mindfulness grew, I realized it was not a luxury but a necessity. Taking care of our mind is just like or even more important than taking care of our body for the quality of our thoughts defines the quality of our lives. I finally took up a course in Mindfulness and became a certified practitioner. Since then I have taken over 100 sessions and several workshops for clients on my platform.
