About Asik
Hello fam! I started as a fitness enthusiast who never skipped the gym and prioritized healthy eating. After graduation, while I had opportunities to pursue paths like an MBA, I chose to turn my passion for fitness into a career. I earned my Fitness Certification and began my journey in online coaching. Started to achieving fantastic results by focusing on every detail to ensure the best outcomes for each client. My goal is to inspire and transform individuals who share my enthusiasm for fitness, both locally and internationally, at an affordable rate.

Hi. I provide Online Fitness program.
I offer a overall program that comprises of workout, diet and posture correction.
To start with I would send a questionnaire. This will help me to understand your present weight, your height, health issues if any, your life style, eating pattern, food habits etc.
I would also seek from you pictures and I will send the postures in which I would need. I would also collect your body measurements to ascertain the structure.
These inputs from you will help me to.suggest you a customised diet chart and workout plan.
I'll monitor your diet and workout on a daily basis. For this you should provide the diet you had along with the time at which you had the diet. Also the workout you did that day should be provided on WhatsApp.
On a weekly basis you should send me the measurements and pictures of your posters to check the improvement.
