About Juan Pablo
My name is Juan Pablo and I have been practicing calisthenics for 4 years. The love that I have developed for this practice has led me to develop dedication and discipline that have been reflected in the results of strength, aesthetics and mastery over my body. I want to accompany and guide other people who want to start their path in this discipline to save them the setbacks and obstacles that I had to face when learning it on my own.

I have been a Calisthenics athlete for 4 years and I have specialized in training focused on strength and muscle hypertrophy. Throughout my journey through this exciting sport I have been learning about the application of different training and programming methods according to the particular objectives of each person. I will offer you professional advice, always emphasizing the reason for each exercise, its usefulness and effectiveness in stimulating specific muscle groups.

Perfect! Juan Pablo es un entrenador muy dedicado a lo que hace. Llevo 3 meses trabajando con él, y con su acompañamiento he podido avanzar notoriamente, tanto en el dominio de habilidades de calistenia, como en mi fuerza y resistencia en general. Ofrece un trato amable y opciones flexibles que se acomodan fácilmente a tu disponibilidad y objetivos. Muy recomendado!

Me ha enseñado muchos trucos de calistenia y maneja muy buenos métodos que guían a resultados
Juanpa me ha ayudado mucho a progresar, me reta y me mantiene en curva de mejora. Es muy riguroso con el trabajo y el cuidado del cuerpo pero de paso nos divertimos mientras entrenamos. Lo recomiendo mucho
He tenido la oportunidad de aprender calistenia con Juan Pablo y la verdad vale mucho la pena. El estructura bien los ejercicios sesión a sesión para uno poder progresar y te enseña a ejecutarlos de forma adecuada, lo cual me ha ayudado para obtener mejores resultados y evitar lesiones . De igual manera, entrenar con Juan Pablo es muy agradable pues es una persona bastante amigable, que te brinda confianza, te ayuda a aprender nuevas cosas y te motiva constantemente.
