As a music and acting tutor, my approach is centered on emotional authenticity, technique and skills, and student empowerment, ensuring that technical proficiency serves the ultimate goal of storytelling.
My Tutoring Approach
Integrating Emotion with Technique: I teach that when dialogue is no longer enough to express a character's depth, they sing; when singing is insufficient, they dance. We use imagery and emotional recall—drawing from personal experiences—to find the "truth" in every performance.
The "Artist-Teacher" Philosophy: I draw on my own experiences in the industry to make lessons relevant, sharing practical insights on everything from stage presence to professional etiquette.
Holistic Character Development: We don't just "play notes" or "recite lines." We analyze a character's objective—what they want and why—to give every action on stage a clear purpose.
