About Thabelo
I’m Thabelo I’m interested in teaching because I enjoy helping others grow and reach their full potential. I believe education can change lives, and I want to be part of that change. I’m especially passionate about teaching fitness because staying active and healthy is so important for young people. I want to motivate and inspire learners to take care of their bodies, build confidence, and develop a strong mindset through physical activity. Teaching gives me the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.

In our fitness lessons, we learn how to take care of our bodies through exercise and healthy habits. We are taught different types of physical activities such as stretching, cardio, strength training, and teamwork exercises. The lessons also include information about good nutrition, the importance of staying active, and how fitness can improve mental health and confidence. These lessons help us build discipline, stay in shape, and live a healthy lifestyle.
