About Tanusha
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 5 years and had the opportunity to teach as an intern and substitute instructor at a yoga institute in India. I’m currently based in Atlanta, GA, where I also work as a professional dance teacher. Yoga has helped me feel more grounded and balanced, and I love sharing that experience with others. My classes are beginner friendly, focused on breath, gentle movement, and helping you feel more relaxed and connected, both in your body and mind.

I offer beginner-friendly sessions that focus on movement, mindfulness, and feeling good — not perfection. My classes are relaxed, tailored to your pace, and perfect for anyone looking to build a simple, sustainable yoga practice.
