About Alejandra

I have been a classical dance dancer with Russian technique for more than 10 years, I have participated in various competitions and auditions, as well as intensive summer courses. I have been teaching individual and group stretching classes for more than a year in order to improve the flexibility of the body in a safe and efficient way.

About the lesson

My classes are based on the gymnastics carried out by the students of the Vagánova Academy of Ballet located in Saint Petersburg since the first years of education, based on the Russian technique that is considered the best in the world.
