About Vaishnavi
I’m an AVIYOG Certified Yoga Trainer (Level 1 & 2), a black belt Taekwondo martial artist, and have proudly participated at state and national levels. Alongside fitness, I’m the author of four novels, a YouTuber, and currently pursuing law at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad. I love blending creativity, discipline, and fresh energy into everything I do—whether it’s teaching, writing, or training.

As an AVIYOG Certified Trainer (Level 1 & 2), national-level Taekwondo player, published author, and law student, I combine discipline, creativity, and focus. My sessions aim to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and inspire resilience, helping learners carry confidence and clarity into everyday life.
