About Pat
I have been coaching for 10 years +, I have experience teaching primary and was a secondary teacher for many years.
I have coached athletes at a participating level all the way to national and worked with international athletes across various sports.
As a teacher I taught units on sports leadership, physical education as well as other subjects (humanities, ICT, science & maths)

I am an athletic performance coach, who coaches individuals of all ages.
As well as performance based tutoring/coaching. I teach academic units From secondary age; skill development and leadership to degree level; studying sports coaching; to expanding active coaches knowledge on how to progress athletes athletically.
Sessions are practical or theory based on needs.
