About Sophie

I graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor's of Arts in French & Francophone Studies. I earned Pi Delta Phi National French Honors. In 2022, I studied abroad in Toulouse, France and traveled throughout France. I am also a French citizen and have family in France. I know formal, practical, and conversational French.

About the lesson

Interactive learning: I encourage active participation through conversation, role-play, and interactive exercises.

Focus on real-life application: I integrate everyday scenarios to help students use French practically, whether for travel, work, or social interactions.

Grammar made simple: I break down complex grammar concepts into easy-to-understand steps, using clear explanations and plenty of examples.

Tailored Lessons: Each lesson is crafted specifically for the student, whether they’re beginners, intermediate, or advanced learners. I adapt my teaching based on their learning style and progress.

Target clients: Beginners to advanced students, students preparing for exams (DELF/DALF, GCSE, A-level, etc.), travelers, professionals
