About Silvana
Hi, I’m Silvana. Like many people, I found yoga during lockdown—and it quickly became the only form of movement my body truly loved and could stay consistent with. What started as a personal practice soon grew into something much deeper. Yoga gave me a sense of connection, grounding, and trust in my body, and I knew it was something I wanted to share. I decided to pursue teaching because it’s one of the few things I feel truly passionate about. Over the past year, I’ve taught large weekly classes at my university, and later went on to run my own class in the UK with a wonderful group of regular students who shared the practice with me each week. Those experiences confirmed what I already felt in my heart—teaching yoga is what I’m meant to do. I’m currently traveling and spending a few months in Cape Town, exploring new classes, learning from other teachers, healing in the sun, and soaking up time by the ocean. Sharing yoga in different places and communities is a huge part of my journey, and I believe teaching is my calling in life. I love connecting with people through movement and breath, and I’m excited to share this practice with as many people and countries as possible—learning, growing, and evolving along the way

This is an ooey, gooey flow-style class designed to help you truly drop into your body. We move slowly and intentionally, weaving breath and movement together to create a practice that feels nourishing, fluid, and deeply embodied.
Each class offers space to address your individual needs—whether that’s releasing tension, building strength, finding more ease, or simply slowing down. The practice is adaptable and responsive, with options and variations so you can move in a way that feels good for you.
You’ll be guided in an open, fun, and relaxed environment where curiosity is encouraged and perfection is not the goal. Expect a personal, supportive approach that invites you to listen inward, explore sensation, and leave feeling grounded, connected, and refreshed.
