Experienced (11-18) Mathematics Teacher and Tutor -
I completed my Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at the University of Cambridge and currently work as a full time teacher of mathematics in Wales, UK.
Having successfully taught and tutored pupils from KS3 to Further A Level and 1st year university mathematics since 2013; I have provided appropriate support to learners of all academic abilities to ensure that they achieve their full potential. Most of the learners I support have gained places in Russell Group and Ivy League universities, including Oxbridge.
KS3: £30 per hour
GCSE: £35 per hour
A Level: £40 per hour
Further A Level: £45 per hour
International: £80 per hour
I have a strong mathematical background, completing a Masters Degree in Mathematics from 2009-2013; Further Mathematics and Mathematics at AS Level and A Level 2007-2009; and have demonstrated the ability to pass on my knowledge successfully on many occasions at all levels. As such, I am more than capable of tutoring a pupil at any stage of their 11-18 mathematics education.

Perfect! Great teaching
Sam helped me work through the Maths Edexcel A level course with the National Extension College. He was very helpful and patient in explaining difficult concepts. I would definitely recommend him as a tutor.

I am mother of a Maths A-Level student who is now being taught by Samuel. My son has been taught by Samuel for the past few months. I can see a lot of improvement. also much impressed the way Samuel teaches as he is so passionate about every topic, asks for a clarity of understanding over the topic, shares so much of notes and sites to help with the topic in depth. Samuel keeps a lot of tab to check on the progress in each of the topic which is quite impressive and helpful in achieving goal at the end time. Also so flexible around the tutoring time and sessions which is so much needed as both parents working and find hard to find a slot to get the It systems setup for the student to have the session.
