About Justine
Young musicians preparing for youth symphony auditions often seek the precise foundation I provide through my BMus Violin training. You will find that 13 years of teaching has refined my focus on rhythm, timing, and ear training to ensure your technical development is rock solid. My method prioritizes listening before reading and imitation before analysis to help you internalize the music deeply.
Developing skills like tuning by ear, sight reading, and proper vibrato allows us to build a sustainable technique that serves you for a lifetime. We address intonation, posture, and hold with extreme attention to detail so you can navigate complex shifting positions. Many students I have mentored now perform in regional and national youth orchestras.
