I recommend Sophie to help others dealing with stress and trauma. She is empathetic, kind, and generous of her time. I couldn’t find anyone like her in Bali. Miss you, Sophie!
The first time I learn yoga was with Sophie. She’s gentle and nurturing even tho I had no idea what I was doing. Thanks for empowering me!
