About Paloma
My name is Paloma. I am Viennese and Colombian at the same time, which is why I am a very cosmopolitan and open-minded person.
From a young age, I knew I wanted to actively speak out about taboo topics like mental health and sexuality - I also have my own podcast about that in English. By teaching yoga, I hope to further explore the importance of mindful mental health.
I am very committed and I am always interested in your well-being as my student. Fortunately, I'm very flexible in terms of time at the moment, which means I can simply adapt myself to your schedule.

The most important thing for me is that YOU feel well and comfortable in my lessons. This means that the yoga classes are always adapted to your mental and physical health.
I would also be happy to put together yoga sessions for you that cater to your individual well-being.
My classes consist of a mixture of breath exercises (Prana), different postures (Asanas) and "tools" to help you be more aware of your own mental health, all three aiming to help you live more mindfully.
The course is aimed at beginners, but can be brought to an advanced level over time. The yoga sessions can take place online or in person. Now that it's summer, it's great to have classes outdoors if you are in Vienna - be it on the old Danube or in a park near you.
So, if you want to start thinking about your health in a holistic way, you've come to the right place. I'm really happy to meet you. :)
