About Lashawn
I have over 15 years of coaching experience. I have coached in fitness centers, at all school levels (middle school, high school, college, and post collegiate).
I have taught and coached over 200 people in the general population and student-athletes combined.
My students have won conference and State Championships, my general population students have documented increased energy, inches lost, and a new and open mindset to how they approach fitness.

I am a Fitness Strategist who teaches students how to effectively implement a fitness program into their busy schedule without burnout and still having time to do the things they need to do from day to day.
I coach how to shift your mindset from negative or confused to taking committed action on your goals. I use online modules to share my information that include downloadable PDFs and video.
I am a driven and empathetic teacher, and I motivate in a way that students get it and take action.
