About Johar's
I rarely talk about myself, but perhaps some of the following will resonate particularly with you, first abstractly then more literally. If that's the case, let's meet for a figurative coffee :) It doesn't just have to be about coaching! I look forward to you. Conceptually: When people tell me about my life, I am often thought to be much older, because I have always been able to live a lot and very quickly. I classify everything I encounter on a spectrum, not as black and white, and therefore approach all people and situations completely openly, authentically, and empathetically. I am someone who belongs at the meeting point of different (e.g. technical) edges, beyond which I can constantly and interconnectively look beyond. I am grateful every day for my diverse perspectives, as they give me constant access to enrichment and enthusiasm. For me, everything in life is about a dynamic balance, always in motion, and I seek this out in all areas of my life. In my experience, as soon as you can bring yourself into a balancing direction, like an outward and upward spiral, a powerful transformation towards clarity and success begins. Specifically: I come from half Mexico and England (I grew up in both), after which I decided to study in Canada. I continued this in Germany, where I became self-employed and have now settled temporarily. If I were to move my life point again, Scandinavia would be next. First of all, I became a musician when I was 8. Then a computer scientist and aspiring engineer, ultimately a holistic person, including teaching and coaching. I have also become highly versed in personal topics throughout my career. On the one hand, because I have deeply investigated many relationships of all kinds - including various forms of ENM (consensual non-monogamy) and an intense marriage with a serious divorce - and on the other hand, because of the diverse friendships and worldwide family distribution that I have always had through my various phases of life was allowed to take with me.

NB: my session duration (shown here as 1 hour) is 90 minutes. __________________________________________________________________ My coaching is very individually tailored, but always goes in-depth and into your very personal dream ideas - perhaps the first step is to find out what they are with you. For me, coaching in both directions (because every good coach gets himself coaching) feels as effective and exciting as magic. However, it should of course be clear to you that every step forward requires a lot of work and personal responsibility. However, if you are reading this, I am sure that you already have the right attitude so that our collaboration can effectively lead to your success :) Maybe you have already heard: Coaching brings out of you better perspectives, advice, thought patterns, observations, ideas, tools, and much, much more than you already have inside. In any case, I am always looking for new concepts, experiences, and insights that I can bring to you and recommend personally. Did you also know that accountability is still an essential part of coaching? I will provide you with further support in real-time with any hurdles that may arise and make you responsible for your own progress or well-being. I find that alone to be priceless, even as a coachee. Together we will quickly find the most effective way for you to get out of trouble get into top condition and achieve your highest goals - even if these may still be unclear to you.
