About Laylla
After realising my passion for fitness and gym, I became very determined to reach the goals I set for myself, I’m very realistic and I have the belief that I can do anything I put my mind to as long as the work goes in. I promote the idea of working hard and working for results instead of just expecting them. However I also promote the idea of having fun and enjoying whatever it is you choose to do, so don’t forget to live life and enjoy the present. Don’t be so serious all the time ;)
I’m a student athlete currently studying Psychology, English Language, English Literature and Sports Science. I run Track and specialise in the 200m to the 400m.

About the lesson

As a 17 year old athlete who also coaches athletic, I have an understanding of basic warmups and fitness in general that can be used to help those who are trying to get into fitness more. I also have knowledge of the gym: callisthenics and weightlifting to be precise, that I’m willing to share with those who share the same passion as me.
Each session will last approximately an hour and a half. Starting with an in depth warm up to get the body ready for action, followed by a session individually made for the person training.
I believe we should all be pushed to the best of our abilities and we should never take the easy route, so training won’t be easy! But it will be very rewarding and enjoyable I assure you.
