I believe that teaching should not be a preaching by a teacher but a discussion among a teacher and students. I always try to be a good friend of my students so that I can understand them better and they do not hesitate in asking their doubts. I have a simple strategy of focusing on the fundamentals, and inspiring my students for critical thinking.
