About Maya
My name is Maya, I am a 16-year-old student from Barcelona, I have been playing the piano since I was 8 and I really like music in general. I usually play modern and renaissance pieces, but above all pieces that I like and I can play them over and over again without getting tired. I have been a private piano teacher for a few months now to my young cousins and my aunt, so I can adjust my teaching methods according to age. I have a lot of fun teaching and I feel really proud when some of my students do well :)

My goal is to teach to play the piano in a way in which the student wants to continue playing it in a few years, that it is not an obligation to practice but his own choice. For this reason, I prefer to focus on modern pieces or the preferred taste of the student, and thus, be able to learn to play what one wants.
I consider myself a person who can be asked any questions and I just like to see people learn and have fun. My classes are aimed at pianists who want to start from scratch or who have basic knowledge (notes, rhythm ...)
