About Gianmarco
I am an Italian chef specialized in Mediterranean cuisine and gluten-free cooking. I worked in Michelin restaurants and high-rated top hotels. Through my extensive experiences in Italy and abroad, I have gained a wide knowledge of Italian and Trentino cuisine, as well as expertise in baking and Neapolitan pastry. I would love to share the Italian culinary culture to improve your dietary habits and, most importantly, show you that it's not as challenging as it may seem.
