In my fitness training programs, I adapt to each person's needs and goals. I have a deep understanding of how to generate hypertrophy and apply specific methods to achieve it. I also combine strength training techniques, activation exercises, and functional training to improve strength and endurance. The approach is progressive, personalized, and focused on achieving results safely and effectively.

Que suerte haber encontrado a Enrique. El adjetivo de Superprof es perfecto por partida doble. Prof de profesional, tiene mucho conocimiento de las diferentes técnicas del tenis y prof de profesor, porque sabe explicarlas muy bien y con mucha paciencia.
Nuestro hijo Daniel, de 13 anos, aprendio mucho en poco tiempo. Incluso se animó a participar en torneos para conseguir ranking de la federación.
Pero lo mejor es es ser humano, la empatía y la disponibilidad de Enrique.
Resumiendo, si tenéis la suerte de conseguir que os haga clases de tenis deseareis no perderlo.
